This website is operated by Azcuna Dynamics LLC ("Azcuna Dynamics," "we," "us"), a defense technology company based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what information the website at azcunadynamics.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.

This policy covers the website only. Our products run on hardware the customer controls and send no data to us; the Security page describes how they handle data.

Information you send us. You can read every page of this site without giving us anything. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it:

• Document requests. When you enter a work email to request a document, we receive that address and the name of the document.
• Blog updates. When you subscribe to the blog, we receive your email address.
• Email. When you write to us, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical data. Like every website, ours receives the technical details a browser sends with each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver the site and to block abuse. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of your visits.

There are no user accounts on this site, and we do not buy information about visitors from anyone.

• To send the document you asked for.
• To send blog updates, if you subscribed.
• To answer your message and continue the conversation you started.
• To keep the site running and secure.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no tracking pixels and no session recording, and it writes nothing to your browser's storage. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Do Not Track. This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Information reaches other parties only in these cases:

• Service providers. Vercel hosts this website. Resend delivers the form submissions to our mailbox. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Each one handles the information only to provide its service to us.
• Legal requirements. We disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• A change of ownership. If the company is merged or acquired, the information we hold passes to the successor under this policy.

We keep your email address and messages for as long as the conversation or the subscription is active, and for as long afterward as we need them for our business records. Tell us to delete them and we will.

• correct it; or
• have it deleted.

We answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete or correct it, as described above.

Visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom. We rely on your consent to send blog updates, and on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and keeping the site secure for everything else. You may withdraw consent, object to our use of your information, and complain to your local data protection authority.

Azcuna Dynamics is in the United States. Information you send us is processed and stored in the United States.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the mailbox that receives your messages is limited to the people who need it.

Do not send classified, controlled unclassified or export-controlled information through this website or by ordinary email. Tell us what you need to discuss and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

This site is written for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

When this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects information you have already given us in a meaningful way, we will tell you by email.
