Our troops deserve AI that works without a signal. So I founded Azcuna Dynamics.
I build offline AI for the people who cannot wait for a connection: crews in the aircraft, maintainers on the flight line, analysts with a stack of documents in a language they do not read. I am the principal investigator on every program on this site.

What I'm building
Six programs, one discipline: show the source, keep the model out of the decision, keep the data on the machine.
Research
Harvard Kennedy School research project, 2018-2020
Data science intern, then research assistant
- Led a 20-student natural-language-processing unit that built topic-model and sentiment-analysis pipelines
- Mined more than 30,000 New Jersey school-board meeting transcripts to map political dissent
- My work contributed to a Harvard doctoral thesis
Turning a mountain of unstructured text into measures people can act on is the same work I do now, with the network switched off.

Three rules I build by
The source is on the screen
Every answer my software gives points to the page, paragraph or line it came from. If no source supports an answer, it says so.
The model never makes the call
Language models draft, read and propose. Fixed code scores, and a person decides and signs.
Nothing leaves the machine
Everything runs on hardware the unit already controls, with no network connection and no telemetry.
